Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

These terms cover sales of digital downloads and the “Bric Club” subscription on brictherobot.com (“the site”), run by Ashley Worrall, trading as Bric the Robot, 11 West Croft, Berinsfield, Oxfordshire, OX10 7NL, United Kingdom (a sole trader) (“we”, “us”). Contact: see the Contact page.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over. The products are made for children, but they must be bought by an adult (a parent or carer). We do not knowingly collect children's data.

3. What you are buying

Digital files (PDF and PNG) to download and print for personal, non-commercial use. Nothing is posted to you. You may print as many copies as you like for your own household or classroom; you may not resell, share publicly, or upload the files.

4. Payment and tax

Payments are processed by Stripe (Managed Payments), which acts as the merchant of record and collects any VAT or sales tax due. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself.

5. Delivery

Access is given automatically once payment is confirmed. Your purchases appear in My downloads. Download links expire after 15 minutes and are tied to your account; there is a fair-use limit of 20 downloads per item per day.

6. Your right to cancel — digital content

In the UK you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, you lose that right once the download starts, if you have agreed to immediate access. At checkout we ask you to tick a box confirming this, and we record that confirmation with your order. Your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described are not affected (see the Refund Policy).

7. Bric Club

The Club is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Members can download everything in the shop, including items added during their membership. You can cancel at any time from the Club page; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. Items bought individually stay on your account for as long as the account is active (see section 8).

8. Your account, and inactive accounts

Your account holds your purchase history and unlocks your downloads. If you do not log in for 12 months, we will delete your account, and with it the digital content you bought and your access to it. We email you a reminder at least 14 days before we delete anything, and logging in once keeps the account. Active Bric Club members are not deleted while their membership is live. Please download and keep your files on your own device. You can also ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Faulty or missing files

If a file doesn't open, doesn't print correctly or isn't as described, tell us and we will replace it or refund you.

10. Changes and liability

We may change prices (never for a period already paid) and the contents of the Club. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts).
