After you buy (or join the Club), go to My downloads. Each file has a download button. Links are personal to your account and expire after 15 minutes — just press the button again for a fresh one. You can download each item up to 20 times a day.

Yes, to keep your downloads in one place. Sign up with your email, tick the three boxes (18 or over, the Terms, and digital downloads), then press the link we email you to confirm your address and choose a password. After that you log in with your email and password. Forgotten it? Use “Forgot your password?” on the log in page. The email links work once and expire after 15 minutes.

Comics and puzzle packs are PDFs. Colouring books are PDFs. Posters come as a high-resolution PNG plus print-ready PDFs (A4, A3, US Letter). Greeting cards are print-and-fold PDFs. Everything is provided in A4 and US Letter.

Print at 100% / "Actual size" (not "fit to page") on A4 or Letter. Use plain paper for colouring and puzzles, thicker paper (120–200 gsm) for cards and posters. For the cards, print page 1 on the outside and page 2 on the inside (double-sided, flip on the short edge), or print each page and glue the back to the inside. Fold on the dotted line. Full-colour cards and posters run to the edge of the design, so your printer will leave a thin white border unless it can print borderless — that is normal.

Yes. Every PDF has an A4 version and a US Letter version laid out to fit, so nothing is cut off.

Digital downloads can't be returned, so at checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download starts. If a file is faulty or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. See the Refund Policy.

Open the Club page and press "Cancel membership". You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

You keep everything you bought on its own. Club-only access ends at the end of your paid period.

If you don't log in for 12 months, we delete your account and the digital content bought on it. We email you a reminder at least 14 days first, and logging in once keeps everything. Active Bric Club members are never deleted while their membership is live. Tip: download and keep your files on your own device.

The products are for children, but customers must be 18 or over (a parent or carer). We never collect children's data.

Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Managed Payments), which acts as the seller of record and handles VAT and sales tax. Card details never touch this site.
