About Bric

Bric is a lovable, earnest robot inventor who overcomplicates every small everyday task. His machines fail — usually three times, each bigger than the last — before somebody does the simple, obvious thing.

He's never mean and never stupid. He's just confident slightly longer than the evidence supports. His one crooked antenna lights up when he has an idea, and gives a tiny embarrassed ping when something goes wrong.

Dot is Bric's calm, perceptive, fond neighbour. She doesn't lecture. She says very little, raises an eyebrow, and — eventually — does the simple thing.
