Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Because files are delivered instantly, and you agree at checkout to immediate access and to losing the 14-day cancellation right once the download starts, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds after you've downloaded.

When we will refund or fix

• The file is faulty, won't open or won't print properly.
• It is not as described on the product page.
• You were charged twice or by mistake.

Contact us within a reasonable time and we'll replace the file or refund you. A refund removes access to that item.

Bric Club

Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel a brand-new membership before downloading anything, contact us within 14 days of joining and we'll refund it. If a Club payment is refunded, Club access ends straight away.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 working days.
